2° is a journey through Alpine Switzerland with the question how does global warming look like. A trip to melting glaciers, archives, and research stations, but the representative image of global warming always escapes. Simultaneously, the film deals with alpine Switzerland's idealised landscape through the touristic Gaze that reflects our relationship with nature. A landscape that has been idealised and exaggerated repeatedly.
